The City of Midway does not currently have an animal control department.  Should you need assistance with any of the following issues, please contact the Madison County Sheriff's department for assistance.

  • Responding to stray animal complaints
  • Investigating dangerous animals
  • Impoundments
  • Barking dog complaints
  • Trapping nuisance wildlife and loose livestock
  • Carcass removal
  • Ordinance enforcement
